At Copperfield, we provide a range of first-class academic options from ages 3-18. Between the ages of 3 and 12, we teach the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme; between 13 and 16, we teach and administer Cambridge IGCSEs; and at 16-18 we teach the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. We also offer A-Levels for students looking to continue within a British system.

Extra-Curricular
Our extra-curricular offerings are as extensive and rich as our classroom programme. All of our students have the chance to learn an instrument, and are taught by professional musicians who have performed with the world’s best orchestras. There are abundant creative activities available to our students: they can learn music production with a world-class DJ, or take landscape photography lessons with a Verbier expert. Our students ski for at least nine hours per week, with extra training for particularly passionate students. We don’t just ski at Copperfield. Here you can train in tennis, golf, hockey, football and even horse riding. Our tennis courts are a 30-second walk from our classrooms; the ski slopes are on our doorstep; even the golf course is a stone’s throw away. If your child has a particular passion and talent for certain sports we will assist in providing specialist coaching. With former national-level footballers and university runners in our faculty, students are never short of sporting role models.
Academics are very important to me. Verbier is a magical place to live where I have time for family, and we can ski in the winter. But this life has to come without sacrificing my children’ learning. The academic programme at Copperfield is truly individualised in small classes. Our two children have weekly sessions with a learning support specialist, individual piano lessons run by Fernando (concert cellist), and a tailored academic plan all the way to higher education.
