Since its foundation in 1958 as a private institution, Colegio San Patricio has successfully educated thousands of students to provide them with a high-quality education in Spanish & English with Catholic values at its core. Colegio San Patricio has three campuses in Madrid: Serrano, La Moraleja, and El Soto de la Moraleja
The first two schools offer the last three and four years of pre-school, and every year of primary school, respectively. The third offers the mandatory secondary education and the Baccalaureate, which can either be the National Baccalaureate, International Baccalaureate, or the Bilingual International Baccalaureate (IB). In our three campuses in Madrid we nurture every child’s individual passions and talents in order to ensure that they flourish.
Colegio San Patricio La Moraleja
Colegio San Patricio La Moraleja is located in a very prestigious neighbourhood in the outskirts of Madrid called ‘La Moraleja’ (10 minutes by car to the center). The school offers personalised, bilingual education for children between the ages of 2 and 11 years with the Montessori and Reggio Emilia approach. The school puts a great emphasis on creative development, sports and an international mindert.
Colegio San Patricio Serrano
Located at Calle Serrano No. 200 in Madrid, Colegio San Patricio Serrano offers a personalised and multilingual comprehensive from nursery to primary (3 to 11 years old). The school believes in cooperative play as an important way to learn. In our early years and elementary classes, education is structured through exploring, where children generate and investigate their own interests. Children can choose from a wide variety of sensory, practical, cultural, linguistic and mathematical activities. With Montessori and Reggio Emilia approach.
Colegio San Patricio El Soto
Located at Calle Jazmín in La Moraleja, Colegio San Patricio El Soto is a secondary school with an educational model that combines a regular school curriculum with the development of other important aspects that help our students to become well-rounded individuals. These include emotional intelligence, multilingualism, artistic skills and habits for a healthy lifestyle. We also prioritise the development of teamwork skills, the use of Information Technology and Communication in the classroom, Public Speaking and Debating, collaborative project work and Scientific experimentation. We offer the option of both National and International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma Program) with outstanding results.

I spent 6 years at Colegio San Patricio, later on I went to the US to study Industrial Engineering, on my return to Spain I started working in a beverage import company and after I got my MBA at the Instituto de Empresa I decided to create a company with other partners to develop and create brands that could transcend within and outside of Spain. In my professional and academic life, the training and especially the values of the school have always been very close to me and the decisions I make. A school full of people who, through dignity, sacrifice and effort were great role models. All the staff and teachers showed love and peace, making a better world, which are concepts in which I deeply believe and that I have also wanted to transmit to my sons, that currently study at San Patricio. I firmly believe in the education they give our children, and they care about developing their students to be responsible leaders of the future.

I have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and currently work as a Medical Director at Clovis Oncology. I am proud to be a former student of Colegio San Patricio. SanPa is not just a school, it is a community that you can belong to for a lifetime. We have been lucky, thanks to our parents, to be part of it, we know what we are talking about. Over time, you realise that beyond the academics, the most valuable aspects are the friendships you form in this time and the values that the teachers instill in us without us even knowing such as respect, determination, curiosity, solidarity and collaboration. Our children are currently studying at the campus in La Moraleja. They are really happy and so are we. The school has evolved a lot in terms of teaching methodology and facilities. However, I feel that the values and traditions that have carried on throughout the years are what separates the school from others. Hopefully Inés and Jaime find great friendships (as I was lucky enough to find) and that they get the chance to enjoy everything that the school continues to offer its students; Learning, Sports, Culture, Art and, above all, values.

After fulfilling the complete school journey (since I was 3 years old) at Colegio San Patricio, I graduated in Law from the UAM and became a State Attorney. When I look back, I am convinced that an important part and reason for my current happiness (professional and personal) lies with SanPa. To that school, or rather, to that family, I owe most of my best and current friends, who I continue to see and constantly ask for support; of my great and current life advisors, (teachers and people who inspire me and whom I rely on when I need); and what is more important, I owe the school the ability of doing an exercise in contrast, as even today, before making any important decision I think first if it would surpass the filter of values that they taught me there, and only then do I decide.
